Excerpts From the Menu at Hong Kong Cafe
On the corner, just outside Shuiwan Station and only a 5 minute walk from our apartment is the Hong Kong Cafe. We decided to try this restaurant because, well, they have English signs and menus... but we usually go back at least once a week because it's so close, everything's yummy and it's super cheap. I'm talking 2-beers-and-4-mains-for-$12 cheap. Also, the menu is really diverse. They sell everything from fish heads to Malaysian curries to spaghetti. There's something like 400 items on the menu and almost every single one of them is spelled wrong or awkwardly translated. Presenting, excerpts from the menu at Hong Kong Cafe:
Mmmmmm... height.
So which dish would you order? I'll be buying some pig lubrication the next time I'm in!
